At the center of this evolution is the former clubhouse, now being renewed as Tidehouse, a contemporary coastal social and wellness hub designed for both everyday life and meaningful connection.

Park Newport’s community spaces and Leasing Gallery are being updated to improve arrival, walkability, and the everyday flow of the neighborhood, creating clearer connections and a more intuitive experience throughout the community.

The Promenade

South Point Drive from The Shops at Park Newport to Tidehouse and the Leasing Gallery, now known as The Promenade, is being fully reimagined with a redesigned roadway and a landscaped, winding pedestrian path with shaded seating and gathering areas, creating a safer, more inviting way to move through the heart of the community.

Leasing Gallery

The Leasing Gallery is being relocated from its current home within the Retail Marketplace to a dedicated new space adjacent to Tidehouse (formerly the Clubhouse). During construction, the Leasing Gallery will remain open and fully operational in its current location.
