Nearly every portion of the 52-acre community is part of the reimagining, including:
- Residential interiors and building enhancements
- The existing clubhouse and pool, now being renewed as Tidehouse
- Fitness, wellness, and co-working spaces
- Outdoor parks, trails, gathering areas, and landscaped walkways, including The Ramble
- Gatehouse arrivals and wayfinding systems

The transformation is being completed through a series of carefully planned phases through Fall 2026, allowing improvements to be delivered progressively while the community remains open, active, and livable. Residents will receive updates as each phase begins and when spaces reopen.
The existing Clubhouse will close beginning in January as it is reimagined into Tidehouse, with reopening anticipated in Summer 2026. The existing basketball and volleyball courts will also close as they transition into The Ramble, the new central outdoor gathering and recreation space. Residents will receive advance notice of all closures and clear schedules outlining which amenities remain accessible during each phase, along with updates as new spaces open.
The Marketplace will remain open throughout the transformation, welcoming residents and neighbors alike. Storefront updates and improvements will occur in phases to maintain access to everyday services and dining options. New gathering spaces such as The Plaza and The Great Lawn will further enhance the visitor experience as they debut.
